Description of artwork: Based on an idea from a Calvin & Hobbes cartoon. If you look closely, the TV screen in the first panel contains a screen shot from The Grinch (the live-action version). This is a movie that told a tale about how Christmas is not about the material things. Yet, the video and DVD were marketed with so many offers, that the movie's message was lost in the material-ness of the cross-promotions! Rendered in Poser, panel-compositing and text added in Photoshop. |
